Market Update for Colorado Springs Sept 2018 Stats

There are currently 2449 active single family listings on the market in the Pikes Peak region compared to 2145 last year at this time, which is a 14.2% increase. New listings on the market are up 5.2%. The average sales price was up 11.1% to $343,947 in Sept and Sales were down 15.6%. The median single family sales price is up 11.2% compared to Sept 2017 (same number of homes sold above as below).

There are 209condo/townhomes on the market compared to 112 last year at this time, a 86.6% increase. The median price for Condo/townhomes is up 9.8% to $216,250 and sales are down 20.5%.

Cumulative year to date sales for single family homes in 2018 are down 2.8% and the average price is up 11.2% over 2017. Volume is up 11.2% in 2018 for a total of $4,214,945,613 so far this year.
