There are currently 2145 active single family listings on the market in the Pikes Peak region compared to 2443 last year at this time, which is a 12% decrease. Fewer listings, creates more demand which is driving prices up and helping homes sell faster. New listings on the market are up 3.4%. The average sales price was up 6.3% to $309,698 in September and Sales are up 9.3%.

The median single family sales price is up 4.2% compared to September 2016 (same number of homes sold above as below).

There are currently 2162 active single family listings on the market in the Pikes Peak region compared to 2639 last year at this time, which is an 18% decrease. Fewer listings, creates more demand which is driving prices up and helping homes sell faster. New listings on the market are up 10.8%. The average sales price was up 10.6% to $326,263 in June and Sales are up 5.6%.

The median single family sales price is up 8.7% compared to June 2016 (same number of homes sold above as below).

There are currently 1570 active single family listings on the market in the Pikes Peak region compared to 2080 last year at this time which is a 24.5% decrease. Fewer listings, creates more demand which should help to drive prices up and help homes sell faster. New listings on the market were down 6.9%. The average sales price was up 13.4% to $311,829 in April. Sales are up 3.2%. 1309 homes sold in the Pikes Peak region in April.

Fewer listings, creates more demand which is driving prices up and helping homes sell faster. New listings on the market are down 1.7%. The average sales price was up 10.4% to $301,385 in March and Sales are up 6.4%.

The median single family sales price is up 11.9% compared to March 2016 (same number of homes sold above as below).

The average sales price was up 7.8% to $287,294 in Dec and Sales are up 12%.

The median single family sales price is up 6.3% compared to Dec 2015 (same number of homes sold above as below).
