We also offer many parks and hiking trails. According to US News & World Reports, Colorado ranks in the top 6 healthiest states.

Employers are moving to our town due to low corporate taxes, sales tax, property tax and state taxes, making our town a desirable location and mild climate, which helps attract the best employees. Some of our employers are Amazon, Ball, Hewlett Packard, Western Forge, Datavail, Denver Rock Island Railroad, Gates Corporation, HomeAdvisor, Jeppesen, Harris Corporation, Lockhead Martin and many more.

The Colorado Springs Airport is adding new nonstop destinations regularly featuring flights to Las Vegas, LA, Orlando, Chicago, Houston, Minneapolis, Atlanta, Dallas and Washington DC to name a few.

Of course there is also our Military Bases that employ not just our service men and women but many, many support staff, and GS employees.
